Xavier graduated from the University of Hartford Suma Cum Laude with a bachelors degree in Advertising and Public Relations. He is currently a masters candidate at the university, pursuing an advanced degree in corporate communications.

At Johndrow Wealth Management he serves as the marketing coordinator, managing external messaging strategy with the goal of improving the experience of current clients and on-boarding ones. His professional career began with his consultancy for Washington D.C. digital media startup Foggy Bottom media and he expanded his expertise through work with the international digital marketing and public relations agency JIN where he served as a PR associate.
